From the A38/A30, you will find yourself at a large roundabout signposted Liskeard in one direction and Bodmin and Redruth in the other. The roundabout will also be signposted ‘Lanydrock’ which is the exit you should take down a country lane running alongside part of the ‘Lanhydrock estate.’
After a mile or so, you will come to another mini-roundabout. On your left hand side, you will see a red farm gate. Directly across is a country lane (Treffry Lane) which leads to the village of Lanivet.
Proceed down Treffry Lane and after a few hundred yards, the road bends to the left. On the bend, on the right-hand side, there is a farm track to ‘Treffry Farm Cottages. Proceed along the track and turn left at the top. You will see ahead of you some parking bays. Park as indicated for your property.
