About Swallow Barn
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at Budds Farm Holiday Cottages,
please take note of the following booking information:
Booking
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Phone/email bookings are held for 3 days pending deposit.
The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
Payment accepted by BACS, card, or cheque (payable to Budds Farm
Holiday Cottages).
Arrival & Departure
Changeover days: Carthouse & Wagtail – Saturday; Swallow – Friday
(Alternative days available by arrangement).Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am, unless agreed otherwise.
Pets
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome if booked with their owners.
Dogs must not be left alone or allowed on beds/furniture.
Other pets by agreement.
Other Details
Short breaks may be available by arrangement.
Non-smoking properties.
Deposit is non-refundable. Full payment required for cancellations
within 42 days.Cancellation terms may differ for third-party bookings.
